I believe ministers and congregations have important stories to tell. My goal is to learn these narratives and help my clients to live out of the best parts of their story.

I currently work with individual clergy and congregations (references available upon request). I used consultants on several occasions during my ministerial career and know the value of experienced advice from an objective outsider. I look forward to assisting clergy and congregations with leadership development, personnel problems, planning for the future and other vital areas of ministry.
